YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

CUT IT OUT...fast food

CUT IT OUT...unclean water

CUT IT OUT...pre-prepared foods

CUT IT OUT...the USDA pyramid

I've said many times, and many more to come, that our bodies need 5 things to live...

Clean water, healthy food, natural sunlight, plenty of rest and movement.

Eating healthy is not just what you eat, it is where you eat, how much you eat, and when you eat.  Dr. Weil's pyramid is a great way to begin to change a life long learning the incorrect standard of eating.
