1 ripe avocado
juice of half a lime
½ cup paleo mayo
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (100g)*
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp onion powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, cut into small chunks (1 can, drained)
1 cup sliced green olives, chopped
½ cup sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 tbsp fresh basil

This article was rather interesting because who would think to wonder why we name certain things? When I was reading this article I learned that we name the vegetable "squash" becasue the Narrgannsett Native Americans had the word "askutasquash" which means you can eat it raw or cooked. I did not know that this word came from the Narrgansett Native Americans.

Study says "Adequate vitamin D serum levels are necessary to prevent free radical damage in brain...." but doesn't tell you what thast level is. According to my research, it should be between 1000 - 2000 units.

Eat foods rich in vitamin D, take vitamin D supplements, and/or get at least 10-15 minutes of sun exposure each day to ensure that vitamin D levels are normalized and remain so to help protect the brain
