  1. Egg yolks are nutrient dense
  2. Cholesterol has important functions in the body
  3. Dietary cholesterol, like that found in eggs, doesn’t raise blood cholesterol
  4. Whole eggs can lead to weight loss
  5. They’re hearty and satisfying

The SAD diet just keeps getting sadder .... and now even if you are buying organic at the local farmers market you now need to ask are you using well water or reclaimed/recycled water?!?

Here is the hope that they can make a user friendly tool~Interested to see if some urban myths perpetuated by grain fed Tilapia and tested bad fats in studies to be unhealthy compared to other species grown on a natural diet. Some omnivores(vegetarian small insects) like Silver /Jade Perch have the worlds highest Omega3 healthy oil.Because of the ease of growing a rubbish fish that survives in crowded poor quality water conditions some Aquaponics growers persist in ignoring/ questioning the" Study" denial of inconvenient facts. They would sell it as "healthy fish" even if it were grown in a sewage drain as some Chinese product might as well be, it is fed faeces(shit) from farm animals.A Southeast Asian practice not to blame just China ,polyculture poultry pens above ponds pigs etc is wide spread as are health problems. The race to the bottom is not the way...Value for money IS  quality assured. A fresh clean green product involves rethinking the best produce you can grow, like heritage tomatoes that taste nice.Excess can be dried stored in olive oil or air tight containers.

From the article:  It is a striking idea that one of the keys to good health may turn out to involve managing our internal fermentation. But absolute control of the process is too much to hope for. It’s a lot more like gardening than governing.

We are actually "made of" a lot of bacteria; maintaining our gut flora is essential (the goal is to have more beneficial than harmful bacteria).

Benefits were also seen with diets low in carbohydrates, high in protein or low in simple sugars.
