 My thought

Eating healthy is the best way to stay fit and avoid getting sick. Eat more vegetable, fruits and more water, than eating junk food. Some people think one can only lose weight and stay fit by just exercise.

Well, according to Congress, who has betrayed American children’shealth once again, “pizza is the new vegetable.” Yes, you read that right. Pizza, for the purposes of school lunch programs, is now considered a vegetable . . . thanks to its meager swipe of tomato paste.
