My thought:

they are so many thing to look for when reading food label you are about buy, the reason is because it help a lot to know what you are about to buy. the most important to check is the expiration date of the food, also total fat, the amount of calories per meal sever, total carbohydrate , the amount of sugar. By doing that tou know if what you want is included.

I think food labels are the main thing about the meal we eat because the labels are where the ingredient   used in making the meal is included. It shows the amount of calories, fat that are in the food. Food label are the most important.
