Eating a healthy diet affects your body in a positive way. You'll notice you feel better and seem to function better. Mental Benefits:The physical benefits aren't the only positive effects of healthy eating, there are mental benefits as well.

 

Benefits for adults: Eating healthfully and finishing your vegetables shouldn't just be something a mom tells her children, it's a lesson everyone can practice. As an adult, it's important to get all of the vitamins and nutrients your body craves, even if you are done growing.

 

Benefits for Kids: For children, the eating habits they develop in childhood will often stick with them into adulthood.

Cardiovascular health is important because it can help you maintain your proper weight. In addition, cardiovascular fitness can help lower the "bad" cholesterol in your body, LDL, while increasing the level of "good" cholesterol or HDL. Cardiovascular fitness can also lower high blood pressure.

Over the long run, exercising can help prevent heart disease and strokes. Adding weight bearing exercises to your cardio program can reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis as you age. Being physically fit can also lower the risk of developing diabetes.

    Drinking water helps you lose weight because it flushes down the by-products of fat breakdown. Drinking water reduces hunger, it’s an effective appetite suppressant so you’ll eat less. Plus, water has zero calories.

     Helps to relieve headache and back pains due to dehydration. Although many reasons contribute to headache, dehydration is the common one.

     Your brain is mostly made up of water, thus drinking water helps you think better, be more alert and more concentrated.

     Drinking water regulates your body temperature. That means you’ll feel more energetic when doing exercises. Water also helps to fuel your muscle

     .Drinking water raises your metabolism because it helps in digestion. Fiber and water goes hand in hand so that you can have your daily bowel movement.

     Water is used by the body to help flush out toxins and waste products from the body. If your body lacks water, your heart, for instance, needs to work harder to pump out the oxygenated blood to all cells, so are the rest of the vital organs, your organs will be exhausted and so will you.

Healthy Food: Healthy foods such as spinach, carrots, kale, mango, cantaloupe and apricots contain vitamin A, which contributes to healthy eyes, skin and hair. Fruits and vegetables like oranges, melon, grapefruit, broccoli, bell peppers, tomatoes, brussel sprouts and cauliflower contain vitamin C, which contributes to healthy teeth and gums and aids in iron absorption. Foods such as chicken, pork, beef, fish, nuts, beans, eggs and bananas supply vitamin B6, which is good for normal brain performance and protein buildup. The very important mineral, calcium, aids in bone strength and is found in foods such as sardines and dairy foods.


Unhealthy Food: Foods that contain saturated fat, trans fat or cholesterol are foods that can lead to narrowing of the arteries due to plaque formation on artery walls. Foods that contain saturated fat include meats with a high fat content and whole milk products such as cheese and ice cream, store-bought cookies, cakes, doughnuts, mayonnaise and palm oil. Foods with trans fat are cakes, cookies, crackers, pies, potato chips and other processed foods. Liver, pork, sausage and some whole milk foods contain cholesterol. Other unhealthy foods are salty foods that can raise blood pressure and sugar foods that can result in Type 2 diabetes when consumed in excess.

Drinking a healthy amount of water is vital to your health. You can never imagine just by drinking a healthy amount of water, you gain tremendous health benefits, and sometimes you can even throw away your migraine medicine or pain killer.

The human body is anywhere from 55% to 78% water depending on body size. A rule of thumb, 2/3 of body is consists of water, and it is the main component of human body

Every cell in your body needs water from head to toe. That is why it is so important to drink enough fluid. Take for example, brain consists of 90% of water, if you do not supply enough water to your body, your brain cannot function well, and you will get headache or migraine.

Junk food affects

Junk food can produce myriad health problems and lead to diet related diseases.Junk foods can cause fatigue (lack of energy) and sweet junk foods can damage your teeth. Junk foods often contain chemicals that can negatively affect your physical and mental health and your sense of well being.Junk foods contain too much sugar or too much salt. This can negatively affect your health both in the short term and the long term..The true reason for eating junk food is that is tastes good to many people. However, junk food should only be eaten in moderation because it can seriously damaged your health. This form of food can be high in sugar, sodium, additives, hydrogenated fats (trans fats), artificial colors, etc. Some junk food is worse than others.In addition, junk foods also consist of refined (processed) carbohydrate. Refined (processed) carbohydrates are a major cause of weight gain, obesity, and many diet related diseases. For good health and well-being, these foods should be strictly limited apart from the occasional treat.

Regular exercise is a key ingredient of good overall healthy whether you do it in a gym, at home, or jog around your neighborhood. Unfortunately, our busy lifestyle tends to leave us exhausted before we have the opportunity to exercise each day. The tiredness, or lack of time may cause some people to cut corners when they exercise, often leading to injuries. Execrating property is a process which should consist of warming up, regular training and working in flexibly to ensure safe and productive workout.
