I saw this in the "recommended" section and I thought it was really interesting. Every time I went to the gym I saw all different kinds of protein powders and shakes and wondered if any of them would be good to try. I didn't really think of all the different things that could be in them, and this article made me more aware of the dangers of these types of things.
