From 10 a.m. to noon in Highland Village.  The American Heart Association, thanks to a grant from The Clarion-Ledger and the Gannett Foundation, will offer hands-only CPR training, health screenings and heart-healthy tips.

Learned the other day that honey is the only food that doesn't go bad.  They even found it in the burial tombs in the pyramides.  Love that it improve sleep. I'm going to try that one!

Yesterday Honey - today Lemons.  me of this I knew already, some was enlightening.  I previously read about having warm lemon water as the first drink in the morning.  I have been doing this for about a year and it seems to calm me for the start of the day.  But that could also be because I sit quietly and meditate while I drink it.

Two bottles of whole milk sit side-by-side in a supermarket refrigerator. One costs $3.46 per gallon while the other costs $7.08 per gallon. What's the difference?

I had to comment on this one.  Study done on the nutrition of organic vs conventional milk.  


One of the first lines of the article:


"The new study only reported on milk's natural components; it did not cover components like antibiotics or extra growth hormones."


I am not going to debate the nutrition facts.  But I just don't understand this kind of study.  Milk is milk.  The main reasons why  people buy organic milk is  to avoid the hormones and antibiotics.  So why publish this - slow news day? I feel like  I wasted 3 minutes of my time as will most people reading this article.
