According to this article it is important to have a nutritionist to help design a diet plan that meets your health needs. While also having a personal trainer who will help you be motivated and help you exercise correctly. I also found that drinking plenty of water, at least eight glasses of water a day helps you boost your metabolism and help encourage cell production. Especially right after a workout. I also found that exercsing in the morning helps increase your metabolism for the rest of the day.

This article by askmen.com was very informing. I found that to add the most muscle mass i should use dumbbells and not workout machines because dumbbells also use your ancillary muscles and has a greater range of motion. I also learned that i have to be careful when doing and intense workout with heavy weights because you can have many injuries that can occur. Such as torn muscles or strained muscles. That is why i need to learn how to properly stretch first and watch how intense my workouts become.

Wow! I am amazed to of found that eating breakfast gives me a metabolism boost! Having a good metabolism is key to having long term weight loss because metabolism is what helps you burn more calories faster. Also just by eating breakfast it also increases your energy levels which is also important so that when you go to the gym you aren't all tired and worn out. But the type of breakfast is also important. I have to make sure to have lean protien and alot of fruit!

This article from Harvard has really enlightened me! I found that most children and adolescents net to get at least one or more hours of exercise a day. The activites need to be quite vigorous and intense. While adults need two to two and a half hours a week but only need it to be moderately intense.

At first i didnt know that three thirds of my daily diet should be full of fruits and vegetables i normally only have one serving of fruits or vegetables a day. Now that i know this i will be eating more fruits and vegetables.

This article has really opened my eyes to how much i need to stretch. I found that muscles are made up of small strands of tissue and when you work out those tissues contract. After having an intense workout your muscles need to repair themselves because that they are entangled and slow down the recovery process. But if you stretch out those strands before you contract them they will be able to recover faster.

This article is very interesting. I found that i don't need to change exercises every week to build muscle and found out that really it is the worst way. It just confuses your muscles. I also found out that proper form is key otherwise it may lead to muscle problems in the future. Most importantly i found that to gain muscle i don't need to keep working out my muscle's until they pretty much fail but instead it will actually inflame your muscles and drain you mentally.

I found that exercising before breakfast has actually showed to help men avoid gaining weight. I also found that exercising on an empty stomach will probably not help you improve your performance during tat workout. While carbohydrated would help your performance because it makes it easier for your body to get energy than as if your body was trying to get energy from stored fat.

My Thoughts:

I find it hard to believe that just by eating healthier that it will help make us feel better and bring up my mental awareness. But i guss it does make sense that eating healthier will help you maintain a healthy weight because you would be filling up on more fruits and vegetables and less of the carbohydrates. I guess we'll just find out in the up and coming weeks!
