i thought this is very interesting cause i never knew that exercise and dieting are like peanut butter and jelly. you cant have one without the other without one of them it becomes unhealthy. i also never knew that i should be working out in the morning for a pretty good reason of always finding an excuse if it is later in the day. this is true cause we always have more things to do later in the day versus early in the morning. So i mean yea it sucks getting up early but it will be worth it and if you dont have the time to do this, then wake up an hour early the exercise will make up for the loss of sleep and you will feel more rejuvanated.
