my thoughts:

i thought this is very interesting cause i never knew that exercise and dieting are like peanut butter and jelly. you cant have one without the other without one of them it becomes unhealthy. i also never knew that i should be working out in the morning for a pretty good reason of always finding an excuse if it is later in the day. this is true cause we always have more things to do later in the day versus early in the morning. So i mean yea it sucks getting up early but it will be worth it and if you dont have the time to do this, then wake up an hour early the exercise will make up for the loss of sleep and you will feel more rejuvanated.

i believe this will strongly help any student out it doesnt go into strong depth on the topics but it is there to open your mind about theses topics. for example because of this trying relive stress i would have never know that exercise can do that. or how i need to not drink coffee in the morning and replace it with foods with high proteins. being healthy is important for any lifestyle as a student

my thoughts:

i believe that is very eye opening and inspirational yet calming it talks about how there are several ways to stay healthy and that gaining wait from the transition of being a highschool student to college student is normal. Because of the change of eating habbits which is interesting to me cause i didnt know changeing the way you ate was bad even if u do continue to eat somewhat healthy. i also think its interesting how vegetarian diets and vegan diets focus on a certain vitamin intake so switching to those kinds of diets can be healthy based on your lifestyle. .
