As this article explains, companies are giving the impression of changing their image into a healthier and offer a better life style to the customers but, is it the main objective of the company or it is simple a  strategic to attract more clients.

As customers’ needs have changed and companies have to be aware of changing too in order to keep people interested in them, they are creating strategies and products that make people think they are improving the quality of their products.

This is a negative aspect because it means that those companies just care about profit and don´t really care about client´s needs, likes, style life and improvement of their health.

It’s important for the organization to become more responsible and have a real transformation, starting from the inside in order to increase trust inside and outside about what the offer, the changes they want to make and the real propose of the renovation.

good story- barley is a good for you sweetener. I rarely use fake sugar but if I do my choice is aspertame -the others wreck my stomach

This basically taught me that all artificial sugar is not good for my body, and I should limit how much I consume. I think this is valuable information that people don't pay enough attention to!

Eating healthy can be expensive. Luckily this article provides a cheaper way to eat healthy using readily available frozen fruits and vegetables. Buying frozen fruits and vegetables can give me a way to eat in a more healthy way without breaking the bank.

Microbes turn nutrient in beef into an artery-clogging menace.

Consumption of red meat has been found to increase the risk of death from heart disease, even when controlling for levels of fat and cholesterol. 

Tests showed that consuming l-carnitine increased blood levels of trimethylamine-N-oxide (TMAO), a compound that, evidence suggests, can alter the metabolism of cholesterol and slow the removal of cholesterol that accumulates on arteries' walls.

But even when they took l-carnitine supplements, vegans and vegetarians made far less TMAO than meat eaters. Faecal studies showed that meat eaters and non-meat eaters also had very different types of bacteria in their guts. Hazen says that a regular diet of meat probably encourages the growth of bacteria that can turn l-carnitine into TMAO.

1 tsp of sugar = 4.2 grams. For example: if 200 ml OJ juice has 23g of sugar then it has 5.4 tsp of sugar - now that's a lot!

I am 17, and I still graze all day. I graze so much on the weekend, I am convinced that I more snacks than meals. These heplful little tips WILL really help in the future for me, since I am used to my mother doing all this for me. I enjoy the suggestions that she offered, the "low sugarand high protien" ideals provide snacks that will keep them full longer.

I am a fitness trainer w/severe knee pain- trying to stay away from my recumbent bike- mebbe will just do a few miles&lift light- did you know that nutrition has surpassed fitness in importance? they used to be 50-50. Exercise is now considered queen to nutrition as king:(:) I believe in the old school 50-50:)

So many people say they can't eat healthy because it's too expensive...Well here you are.  If you really want to eat healthier, you don't have this excuse any longer!  In addition, try shopping at the discount grocery stores.

This article caught my attention because it offered cheap, nutritious food, which is exactly what I'm looking for when I start living on my own. It gave options for healthy breakfast grains and proteins, and also listed some healthy foods that could be used for lunch like pita bread.
