This website got me away from some fast food restaurant or any place that uses grease or grills stuff. Grease is the unhealthiest thing you can have in your life because it is really fattening and very unhealthy I eat food that is broiled or baked. Also drink protein shakes something a few times a week after you work out because it rebuilds your muscles. Also when I drink protein shakes I don’t have the feeling of eating that much. Protein shakes contain protein, carbohydrate and unsaturated fat. But the best time to drink protein shakes is after your workout. When I have the feeling I want a snack just go for a granola bar because they have fiber and unsaturated fat.
