This website got me away from some fast food restaurant or any place that uses grease or grills stuff. Grease is the unhealthiest thing you can have in your life because it is really fattening and very unhealthy I eat food that is broiled or baked. Also drink protein shakes something a few times a week after you work out because it rebuilds your muscles. Also when I drink protein shakes I don’t have the feeling of eating that much. Protein shakes contain protein, carbohydrate and unsaturated fat. But the best time to drink protein shakes is after your workout. When I have the feeling I want a snack just go for a granola bar because they have fiber and unsaturated fat.

When I read this article I learned to have a better diet. First tip from reading this article is that you don't have to worry about the calorie it's all about the ingredients also I add salad to my side for lunch and dinner, for breakfast I eat fruits. Another good tip would to make your serving size smaller. I used to get two serving every time for dinner but now I get one serving because usually when I get two servings I get full, also the food will take a lot longer to digest and you’ll gain more weight. Never eat snacks at night because it is very unhealthy for you with the salt and high calorie food plus you are not active and the food will be harder to digest. So it’s best to avoid all these junk food at night. Theses tips have been working out really well I mean I feel like I have more energy, I can concentrate better at school and I feel good about myself.

Reading this article helped me choose what food is good to eat because I realized how important it is to eat healthy, you want to reduce your risk of getting cancer or any other disease. Ever since I saw this article I’ve been eating a lot healthier like fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, nuts and a little bit of fish. All these food I eat here has low saturated fats, trans fat, cholesterol, salt and sugar. Best way to reduce calories is to exercise. You actually want to lose about 1-2 pounds a week that’s about 500 to 1,000 calories you lose a week. Eating 1,200- 1,600 calories each day are okay for men but goes for women who way 165 pounds or more who exercise on a daily bases. But if I don’t work out for a week or longer I cut my portions on food because of the calories. So far I have lost like 2 or 3 pounds last week so it is looking good for me.
