The thoughts compiled and presented in here exemplifies the personal belief that the best way to maintain healthy mind and bodies in today’s scenario rests on the four key pillars of positive mental attitude, proper rest and sleep, proper exercise and a healthy balanced diet. Most of us grew up being told that if we ate a variety of foods from different food groups and exercised three times a week, we would be healthy. That is, eat more fiber, have three to five serves of fruit and vegetables, consume less fat and refined sugars, drink eight glasses of water a day, and we would surely get the supplements and nutrition our body needed. All that is good advice, but it is only the minimum, and I am here to help you learn why.
