Many of you already know the benefits of drinking plenty of water to get glowing skin: water flushes the toxins out of your system and improves your skin. I know you may be thinking “Oh, it is such common knowledge these days so it is not really new information.” And you may already drink plenty of water everyday, but I would like to tell you the secret of drinking of hot water. Yes, hot water!!!
In this week’s video, I will show you what I bring with me when I stay at a hotel: yogurt, dry body brush, daily face/body scrub and a special pillow. I also share the secret of “how to keep drinking hot water while in the hotel room!” Drinking hot water is a very important routine in my day. I do not want to break the routine even when I am traveling! I shot this video while I was on my work/vacation trip with my business partner and sister in law, Maria. The reason? Because traveling can affect your skin condition: your routine changes, the environment is different, you eat out more so your diet is different, and sleep patterns can be affected due to the hotel bed. All of these things can affect you more than you think.
