I always break a lot of these rules when I workout! I never warm up, and that could be the main reason I am so sore after most workouts.

Many people don't know this, but drinking green tea actually has many health benefits. Green tea inhibits the growth of cancer cells, reduces the risk of esophageal cancer, and lowers cholesterol levels. Chinese have even found that green tea can cure something as simple as a headache.

I have always been a big proponent of tea drinking but not many people seem to follow suit. Green tea is healthy and I believe it has medicinal benefits as well. I hope that this article can shed some light on the greatness of the green tea.

I can personally attest to this article.  My favorite yoga instructor  always mentions how each pose effects the different parts of your body. Finding a place of serenity has immense impacts on your outlook and after a long stressful day you cannot help but feel renewed walking put of class.  Yoga is great for all ages and challenges you to think deeper and push your body to its limits while positively impacting your health.
