6 to 8  cubed boiled potatoes with no skins1 can of pitted large black olive or kalamata olives3 chopped plum tomatoes1 can chick peas drained1 bell pepper finely chopped1 cucumber chopped seeds removed

Dressing:

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar4 tablespoons lemon juice2 teaspoons minced garlic1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon each dried basil, oregano, parsleysalt and pepper to taste1/4  teaspoon cayenne pepper
