I am not a fan of detoxing by starving myself with a juice cleanse, so appreciate other methods mentioned here like a hot back with epsom salts that have magnesium which relaxes the body, and something as simple as getting enough sleep.

I take 300mg of L-carnitine, 1g Omega 3, 0.5g Omega and 6,5g Omega 9, the latter tree mostly from flaxseed.
