Good article on six points relevant to feedback.  While I don't agree with his third point, Petere Honey shares good insight on the topic.  

 

Here is my favorite section:

 

 ...I am strongly in favour of what I call suggestive feedback where you offer people thought-starters, or options, about possible ways forward. These are offered on a take-it-or-leave-it basis.  Even if all the suggestions are rejected, the very fact they have been offered stimulates the recipient's own ideas. The suggestions need not be offered straight away; you could invite their ideas first and only offer yours if you think some promising possibilities have not been explored.

"Researchers had young healthy participants perform a single bout of resistance exercise and then 1 hour later consume either whey protein or a blend of whey, casein, and soy.  The supplements both contained 19 grams of protein.  The blend consisted of 50% casein, 25% whey, and 25% soy.  Both supplements equally increased muscle protein synthesis during the 2 hr post-exercise time period.  From 2 to 4 hr post-exercise only the protein blend increased protein synthesis.  Thus, the effects of whey protein alone were not sustained over a 4 hr period after exercise."

 

 Does this mean you should change your protein supplement?

 

Results of this study are consistent with the large amount of research supporting the superiority of whey consumed right after exercise. But it highlights the limitation of using whey as the only protein source when examined over a longer time frame.  Based on these new findings it would be prudent to either combine whey with a slower digesting protein source or consume a meal containing protein during the first couple hours after exercise. "

• 1 cup oatmeal (I took a little oat bran Nordic) 
• 1 cup of milk (water) 
• 1 large juicy green apple (preferably antonovka) 
• handful of dark raisins 
• 1 large egg white 
• 1 tbsp . liter. coconut oil (or melted butter) 
• 1 tsp brown sugar (caramel) 
• 1 tsp cinnamon 
• 1 tsp vanilla 
• 1/2 tsp baking powder 
• 1/4 tsp salt 
• pinch of nutmeg and cloves (can be omitted) 
• almond petals, honey supply
