CrossFit has some great exercises, but the culture of constantly pushing past your limits has some participants going too far. Yes, we do need to overload and challenge ourselves to achieve improvement, however overexerting ourselves and allowing someone else to drive us past a proper training load can have detrimental effects.
There has been a lot of talk about how Crossfit is bad for people. I think with any workout program problems can happen. This is a great article about Rhabdo. What do you think?
