Tibetian Mystic Saint, ECK Master Milarepa was a little boy that lost his father. His family lost their wealth and status in their community. His widowed mother sent him away to learn from a great Black Magician to seek revenge on the entire village. Many years later, he returned and destroyed the entire village.
Much suffering was caused as a result of boy that was abandoned by his father.
Grief Dynamics allows one to sense their own suffering and restructure their coping loss paradigm. The acknowledgement of suffering, tools for transforming unresolved layers of grief, and self responsiblity are necessary for entering a paradigm of nonviolence.
