It's simple, if your customers feel as if they're being connected with on a personal level, instead of just having a sales pitch thrown at them, they will more than likely engage in your brand and ultimately say good things of it. Think of your prosepctive market as a girlfriend (or boyfriend); show them (or make them feel) that their opinion matters, and both parties will benefit greatly.
