These are really good, have many more examples than we need. Kumar and Clark really only mentioned the wheezing, crackles, pleural rub and vocal resonance. I'd focus on the first two as thats what the patient has presented with, but the pleural rub is interesting to listen to- its like that noise that stepping on new snow makes. x
