Hernandez, who has been threatened with expulsion for refusing to wear a chipless RFID tracking badge, had her request for a preliminary injunction denied by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Western District of Texas. Rutherford Institute attorneys argue the school is violating her rights under Texas' Religious Freedom Act and the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

This story is interesting but it never details how the ID badge interferes with her religious beliefs.

I think that they should be treated just like any other american citizen and get punished for what they have done and should not be able to do things that any other american citizen cannot do.

I think that Jay-Z and Beyonce going to Cuba is kind of a slap to the face of the US Government. They should be jailed if not fined for what they did. The fact is they probably will get in minimal trouble because of who they are.

A defused 220-pound bomb from World War II was found and taken on Wednesday, April 3rd. The police said it was a Russian aerial bomb dropped during the war. - I personally think this is really cool! Being a person to find something like this would be amazing

I'm glad bomb didn't go off when they were trying to diffuse it. that would have been awful.
