littlebytesnews's curator insight, February 28, 2013 12:45 AM

Obama doesn't realize campaign season is over...unfortunately he won re-election and it's time for him and the do nothing, obstructionist Senate to pass a budget, which they have failed to do in the last four years. Instead, he's out fear mongering and campaigning to push his sequester taxes instead of making necessary cuts to his spending and wasteful programs. Apparently it's gotten so bad, some people are getting spammed by him through their email.

Haley Tostenson's comment, March 17, 2013 8:25 PM
I agree! I think Obama should interact and inform the public in a different way, perhaps more personal. If anything, people are getting annoyed by these spam emails and won't even read the content.

Does a person have more right to life by being a citizen of a particular country? I think if a person is going to be killed via drone strike, their nationality should be irrelevant. Don't degrade the "value" of someone's life because they aren't an American citizen, and don't consider the life of an American citizen worth more than the value of, say, an Afghan citizen. Life is life, regardless of which country it calls home. BTW, this sounds just like the intro scene in the movie Eagle Eye.
