An AK-47 in a Tennessee Park | Gov & Law B) | Scoop.it
The Constitution does not let someone go into a public place with a legal handgun and terrify the public.

A man brought his fully loaded assault rifle to a park to test his rights. The man was patted down and his gun was taken by the park ranger. Is this okay?

Brandon Janvrin's comment, February 15, 2013 12:22 PM
I think that is dumb, that a park ranger came over and put him on the ground and searched him and took his gun away. Even though he didn't do anything wrong. He was just trying to see how far his rights were. He had a permit to carry the gun also.
MsHaeussinger's comment, February 18, 2013 8:16 PM
Except that AK-47s are covered under the assault weapons ban and therefore, illegal.
