Dizer ajuda mas nao e suficiente. Se juntarmos movimentos ( micro) e respiraçao, sentimo melhor e alguns até se conseguem divertir e predisporem se (sem saber) para fazerem as coisas acontecer.

There is only one time and place where you can be and have any control over. The present moment. But most of us still spend a lot of our regular days lost in memories, reliving a sunny vacation or maybe more commonly repeating an old conflict or negative situation over and over in our thoughts. Delete the scoop?

It is conscious effort. It is easy to forget that in each situation, we have a choice on how we feel: stressful environements included. The automatic response to stress is stress. This article reminds us that we can do some things when we exercise our conscious choice to want to feel better in tough situations. Delete the scoop?

When you say no you can safely stay within your comfort zone. You don’t have to fear failing or being rejected. The scary unknown and sometimes difficult change can be avoided. But if you say yes your life can expand and deepen. The yes allows you to open up your life to more happiness. Delete the scoop?
