Oh man, Takuan are my favorite tsukemono and i've tried poorly to divine my own recipe. I just might try this actual recipe and then modify from there. excited for mmmm. Try takuan sliced thin with steamed rice and tamari mirin scrambled egg for a sweet and savory breakfast. Add some gf miso soup for extra warmth and goodness.
