Modi, presently 63, was born into a family of grocers in Gujarat, again part of the larger Bombay national, and spent his childhood selling tea in bus and train stations. He studied political science and any minute at this time fell in with the Hindu Nationalist parties. A gifted politician, Modi worked his way up from handing out political booklets on the street to national secretary of the BJP and again to chief minister of Gujarat, on India’s northwest coast, one of the country’s top industrial areas.

Uzbekistan plans to increase the export of light industry products up to $2.8 billion by 2019. This remark was made by Dilbar Mukhamedova, chief of the Technical Policy and Prognoses Department of UzbekYengilSanoat Joint Stock Company on May 27.

"According to last year's results, Uzbekistan exported finished fabrics, knitted dyed fabrics, dyed yarns, sewing-knitted products worth $1 billion. As of today, the geography of exports has exceeded 50 nations. Traditionally significant markets are the CIS nations, and the major volume of production is exported to Russia. This year Uzbek enterprises started exports to Latin America, Africa and the U.S.," she said.

According to a January 2015 statement by CBO Capital, the sector was valued at N6.4trn ($39bn) and growing at 10% a year.
