There is no doubt that cultural diversity causes challenges between the employer and the employee, and between other employees. But in today's soceity, there is a posotive factor to have cultural diversity withing a business. I believe that this is in a way a good thing because it forces employers to overlook which religion new employees have.

Do you think social media can solve global challenges? I Facebook  connects the world togehter, and news are being posted so the whole world can see whats going on in their county and so on.
