Enrique Ferro's insight:

Or you can call it "sneaking". For a discreet approach to the target. This is an animal tactic. I have always said that the Fed is not run by a human. Predators can, sometimes, act to demonstrate that they don't care about the victim or are interested in something else.

Западные СМИ: Путин угрожает Фолклендским островам | Global politics | Scoop.it
Fort Russ: BREAKING: Kiev junta attacks Shirokino near Mariupol

Fort Russ: BREAKING: Kiev junta attacks Shirokino near Mariupol | Global politics | Scoop.it
Enrique Ferro's insight:

This is what the OSCE has reported: "From its position the SMM estimated that the shells were fired from a position of the Ukrainian Armed Forces located in Berdianske. The SMM assessed that the majority of these outgoing shells impacted on the southern part of the Shyrokyne village, controlled by “DPR”. About 20 mortar shells were observed to have been fired back from the area controlled by “DPR”."

So it is proved that Ukraine forces started the attack, just in case the showdown escalates, and the West attempts to place the liability of breaking Minsk on Novorossia or Russia...

Americans across the political spectrum agree that our political system is in very bad shape. Almost two thirds of the eligible voters abstained in November 2014. Many who did vote in that election say that they were trying to prevent the election of a candidate even worse than the one they voted for. Unless they are personally very wealthy, candidates for high office are viable only if backed by people with tons of money.
