Surprise? These babarians belong to the Wahhabi sect (state religion both in Qatar and Saudi Arabia), and they have been busy destroying tombs and shrines ever since the 18th century, beginning by the Prophet's tombstone, and most recently in Libya, Syria, and Iraq. They blame "the cult of the dead" as a blasphemy, and their fervour commands them to destroy tombstones and shrines, mostly Sufi and Shiite, as well as destroying temples of "infidels" and "heretics", like Christian churches and Shiite mosques. They are a scourge and by now nothing can stop them because of their insane fanaticism.
