I agree with this one : One careless act can instantaneously destroy trust that has taken years to develop, especially when the breach of trust involves a personal character failure.

Using social media for recruiting is now part of the head hunting and recruiting process.
Traditional resume mining is often automated using LinkedIn and other resume storage communities like Monster or CareerBuilder, but the true sourcers go beyond the standard online search and truly engage the prospective employees by leveraging social media to identify, contribute and create online communities.
