In APAC m-Learning is booming, but corporate e-Learning in APAC large to medium size local firms isn't strong, isn't even adopted.   Why or have I got it wrong?

APAC is littered with a plethora of mainly government sponsored m-Learning initiatives, improving education standards despite still being embryonic.  Corporates have so much to learn about the benefits of m-Learning in the education sector, the better retention, the rapid learning cycle and the value for money yet they languish in old style class room and e-Learning content and methodology. Where should local APAC corporates be heading? How can we enlighten them?
