Important background info about how gifted learners develop. Particularly the fact that periods of neurosis/psychoneurosis are necessary and normal for development for some (maybe for all?)

 

Important to differentiate between "needed" and healthy struggles (that they coexist with self reflection, questioning, growth) vs unhealthy mental illness.
