Not only do you want a dream job but a dream salary to go with it.  There are few good tips here to answer those inevitable questions: what are you currently making? What salary/package are you looking for? 

The first question is easy - tell the truth.  Make sure you are prepared for the second with good reasoned argument why you are worth what you are asking. 

 

Then you can have the dream job and the dream salary too.

Operating as a recruiter here in the UK I would never ask some of the questions set here e.g. if you were a breakfast cereal what sort of cereal would you be? but others may have a different idea so, in order to be prepared for any eventuality check out this piece.
