I read about a similar plan that is taking place in the City of Detroit. Delaware, most definitely, should follow though with revamping Wilmington by building a Creative District. Business is moving forward fast and the players continuing to lead this change are not spending it in a garage for a several years anymore. The innovative mind grows and strengthens from inspiration sparked by creativity.
