El logro de satisfaccion por parte de los profesores. Mirando con otros ojos. Hacer lugar a las emociones, docentes y alumnos, aprendiendo a regular. Los docentes, los estudiantes y los contenidos, pero por sobre todo, el vinculo. Como decia Paulo Freire, no se puede educar si no se ama al otro. Y esto no es romanticismo, sino poder ver en el otro a un semejante. Delete the scoop?

Desde @wwwhatsnew en un completo artículo nos hablan de Hangout, la nueva herramienta de mensajería y videollamadas por internet de Google+:
* En que consiste esta aplicación., * Por qué razones es mejor que Skype y otras aplicaciones similares, * Nos guián paso a paso de como iniciar un Hangout desde Google+ y como invitar a más personas a la conversación, * Su integración con Youtube. * Como configurar el audio, vídeo, el ancho de banda y la ventana del hangout * Y por último nos comenta como unirnos a un hangout ya iniciado así de como finalizar sesión o salir del hangout. Según lo planeado esta iniciativa se verá a partir del año que viene en una especie de prueba piloto con un grupo de alumnos seleccionados. Pero ya han dado algunos datos de lo que se puede esperar de este CS, por ejemplo que contará con un curriculum adaptado a la enseñanza online, pero con una carga de trabajo similar al cursado en la Universidad, dando un margen de 3 a 6 años para completar el programa. Hoy presentamos un trabajo creado por alumnos con el generador de CreaCómics y publicado por Mª Dolores Cabanes en formato flipboard en Calameo. Como podremos observar esta herramienta facilita la creación de historias en base a la integración del texto con las imágenes de fondo y objetos gráficos. El programa permite elegir paisajes, aplicar efectos de zoom para crear diferentes planos generales, de detalle..., duplicar, escalar y girar los objetos que deseemos arrastrar a los escenarios. This is not new - I taught the International Writing Exchange (IWE) from 1993, but technology allows much more nowadays. Go for it and learn whatever your heart desires! Go for challenging courses though, not a book on the Web!!

Demasiado divertido diría yo, los Hangouts son una herramienta interesantísima y útil para aprender, espero muy pronto muchos de los MOOC y cursos online que hay incluyan de manera permanente esta dinámica para el aprendizaje.

Infographics are interesting–a mash of (hopefully) easily-consumed visuals (so, symbols, shapes, and images) and added relevant character-based data (so, numbers, words, and brief sentences). The learning application for them is clear, with many academic standards–including the Common Core standards–requiring teachers to use a variety of media forms, charts, and other data for both information reading as well as general fluency...
