B = benefits of a healthy diet

 

S = suggestions for healthy eating

 

P- not enough nutrition, teenagers are still growing and need more nutrtion than fully devolped adults

 

B- breakfest is like fuel for your car, gives you energy to go

 

S- breakfest should be full of carbohydrates, protien and healthy fat (milk/yogurt is good for that)

 

S- sandwhiches are good for lucnh if rich in protein and carbohydrates such as whole gran bread, cheese, lean meat and lettuce

 

P- when eating in a hurry we forget to listen to our bodies and generally over eat

 

B- more healthy energy, more room for nutrition

 

S- athletes should drink gatorade to replace elctorlytes while sweating

 B- anthocyians give berries their bright color and are the antioxidents fight off damage to cells 

 

B- women eating three or more servings per week lowered their chance of a heart attack by 1/3 

 

S- eating vegatables and fruits is good, but more berries than any other healthy fruit or vegtable will help reduce risk of heart attack 

 

 S- berries are easy to include in a diet

 

 B- strawberries and blueberries have the anthocyians to fight off effects of stress 

 

B- keeps heart vesseles flexible, decreasing the plaque build up that could cause a heart attack

 

 S- eat healthy young it follows you through the year and will benefit in the long run

G- slowly work your way back into school activities with baby steps

D- each concussion is different

G-  many schools have students take a test in the beginning of the year and when/if they get a concussion they re-take the test to see how the concussion is affecting schooling

D- dangerous for adolescents and children because their still devolping

D- symptons=Cognitive symptoms, which might include trouble with memory, attention, or learning; sleep problems, including too much, too little, or trouble falling asleep; head pain, including migraines and sensitivity to light and noise; and emotional symptoms such as irritability, lack of impulse control, severe anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts. Those who already have migraines or depression, anxiety, or ADHD, often take longer to recover.
