Queen Latifah -- entertainment mogul, young Oprah, and all-around bad mothereffer -- has long been a fan of Miami....and may move her base of operations to Miami from Atlanta! I wonder if anyone from the ATL is trying to KEEP her here with some tax incentives of our own? Doubt it!

The telefilm, which begins shooting in Atlanta in April, also includes Alfre Woodard, Adepero Oduye and Condola Rashad among its cast members.
