Is happiness really the go?  Read Dr Russ Harris' take on this to learn more.

Julianna Bonola's curator insight, June 27, 2013 10:27 PM

Happiness as a very convoluted concept I think because it means different things to different people.  Perhaps understanding that happiness is actually an effect and as such we can't see or touch it, could help us in reaching a contented life full of the knowledge that, life is actually not meant to be easy, but if we can be content right now with what we alread have or have already achieved, then we can stop putting ourselves under the immense pressure this current generation have been under.  We could then stop being human doings, and go back to being human beings.
