well said! see also the ISO standards for data quality as well as the one concerning geospatial data ISO19157
Nonetheless I liked the distinction between what we can called also intrinsec quality (described here as derived from the data provider) and the extrinsec quality depnding on the usage of this data. This is called usability in the ISO19157 which can be also described by the provider but not only!
