True.  I am not sure how managers and leaders feel.  Creativity after all implies breaking out of boundaries, chaos, lack of control.  Creativity is not just in the artistic world.  It is a very real cognitive process which can also go hand in hand with being organised.  Why can't cultures have both?  Org cultures are created and sustained by people, leaders, many of whom are men (mostly) or women, who, like to control.
