looks pretty easy to do your self with moulds and clay but i bet its a messy so i wont recommend you do this indoors

This looks  pretty  effective   if  you  want  that  outside  indoor  look.& Easy  to  use  but  all  to  messy   with   these  plaster  cast  or  moulds  but  if  you  just  want  a  cobble  stone  look  around  the  bench  outdoors   with  out  looking  at  the  cost  of  laying  real  cobble  stones  these  can  be  a  cheap  alternative
