With the finished of the World Cup 2014, Luciana put an end to his career.

In this career, Aymar won the world cups of 2002 and 2010, and the Champions Trophy 2001, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2012. Also, won two silver medals and two bronze medals in the Olympic Games.

 

All this, with National Argentinean Team.

 

Of course, Luciana Aymar was the best argentinean player in the hockey history.

The Ducth victory was thanks to the goals of Maartjen Paumen and Kim Lammers.

 

The Dutch team, what played at home, won the seventh world title while Australia had to settle for second position.

Australia win to Argentina for 5 a 1 and gone direct to the final of the world cup the lawn hockey La Haya 2014 (boys).

 

The australian team made five goals thanks a Kleran Govers, Jeremy Hayward twice, Jacob Whetton and Chris Ciriello.

 

Los Leones play a bad match. His only goal was marked for Gonzalo Peillat.

 

Australia will play versus Holland in the final, while Argentina will play versus England in the match for the third and fourth position.

That day, "Las Leonas" were made the best performance of the World Cup 2014. The victory was for southamericans 4 -1.

 

The Argentinian goals were marked for Silvina D Elia twice, Defina Merino and Noel Barrionuevo, while the only southafrican goal was thanks to Tarryn Bright.

 

This match was the first in the competition.

 Now, after the 2014 World Cup, Santiago Capurro assumed to the technical direction of "Las Leonas"

 

The previous coach of the argentinian team of hockey on grass was Carlos Retegui.

Australia stayed with the first position of the World Cup of lawn hockey (Mens) 2014.

 

The yellow team won the title after win him to Holland for 6-1. Clearly, was a good victory for Australia and a bad day for Holland.

 

The victory arrived thanks a the three goal of Chris Ciriello, one of Kieran Glovers, other of Glenn Turner and other of Jamie Dwyer. The only annotation of Holland was marked by Jeroen Hertzberger.

 

This year, the cup will travel to Australia.

The scorers were Xann de Ward, Maarjent Paumen and Kim Lammers (Twice in the match).

 

In Argentinian team, the best player, Luciana Aymar, ad to retire after the next match.

 

Now, Holland will play the final versus Australia, while Las Leonas will play the match for the third and fourth position versus United States.
