Thanks for sharing. You share many great things. I want to share this link with you that I feel fits this post. "On The Media" does an annual report on the state of book publishing. I thought the 2011 podcast was remarkable and insightful. The 2012 was almost as good. Here's the link. They create a great podcast. I am happy that I stumbled upon it.
