Introduces the new feature of being able to edit Office files within Gmail (or at least select the option to go to Google Drive and edit it). It also contains some other tips which might be useful although the author does use a scatter-gun approach with no particular theme.

I did learn one new thing: CTRL-SHIFT-C for a word count.
