Cheap furnished apartments in Amsterdam are all set to overtake hotels in terms of customer preference, owing to the many benefits they offer.

Amsterdam, the party capital of the world, has been quite the tourist hub for many years now. However, the perennial problem of finding affordable accommodationhas been one that always seems to get the goat of travellers. Sure, there are plenty of hotels, but there are only so many affordable ones. And then there’s always the problem of availability of rooms, something that’s certainly an issue at all popular destinations.

However, owing to the inception of cheap furnished apartments in Amsterdam, there’s now plenty of room, literally, for tourists. There are a number of reasons for this as well. First of all, the kind of space available for a very affordable price point is the most lucrative attraction. Hotels often leave tourists wanting for more in terms of space, and unless one buys a suite, which is quite the expensive proposition, there’s always the feeling of being in a cramped room.

With cheap furnished apartments in Amsterdam, one can easily stretch out without having to stretch their budgets. Particularly when one is travelling in a group of friends or with their family, they would prefer staying together. While this might not be the most economical option in case of hotels, furnished apartments offer quite the alternative. There are options of one, two and three bedroom apartments to cater to the needs of different travellers.

Mostly, hotels are preferred by a certain section of tourists because of the luxurious amenities they provide, something other apartments that were being rented couldn’t exactly provide. But with changing times, cheap furnished apartments in Amsterdam are now the next big thing in the world of hospitality. Amenities like home theatre system, Wi-Fi internet, LED TVs, etc. are now being provided by many apartment establishments all across Amsterdam in the recent years. So, tourists now have a great alternative in terms of getting great facilities for a lower price.

Moving on, cheap furnished apartments in Amsterdam also offer the benefits of a great location to tourists. Hotels, due to the tremendous amount of space they need, are often located at the outskirts of the city. However, since furnished apartment complexes are smaller, they can easily ‘fit in’ the confines of city. And since most of such complexes are near the city center, one can always find exciting things to do.

Truth be told, cheap furnished apartments are certainly going to overtake hotels in terms of customer preference in the times to come!

Best Furnished Apartments in Amsterdam

Blauwburg: Created in 1884, this is one Amsterdam’s most amazing bridges which replaced an older, wooden version which connected the shores of the Amstel since the 1700s. the Alexander Bridge III served as the perfect inspiration for this structure, which has ornate street lamps which are crowned by the imperial crown of Amsterdam, fish sculptures and foundations that are shaped like the prow of a ship from the medieval times.

Arnold Cornelis: A long-standing shop, this one has a variety of cheesecakes, fruitcakes, chocolate cookies and blue sphere biscuits made with Malaga, a type of wine. A flaky pastry with cheese, vegetables or meat is the perfect meal for lunch. There’s another branch at Van Baerlestraat.

Divan: Divan is a soothing alternative in a city where Turkish food is tantamount to takeaway. The meze combo starter has 10 assorted dips, salads and skewers, and the ali nazik (minced lamb with Brinjal in yoghurt garlic sauce) is an absolute delight. Not to mention the great service that leaves you wanting for more!

Furnished apartments in Amsterdam: An amazing stay. Guaranteed. | Furnished Apartments in Amsterdam: Creating everlasting memories | Scoop.it
WorldFashionApartments's insight:

Tourists staying at furnished apartments in Amsterdam have quite the interesting days ahead of them at the party capital of the world. Besides the regular attractions, there are also quite a few aggregations of unique sights and sounds for the discerning visitor.

Take, for instance, the Podium Mozaiek – a multi-cultural arts space and the perfect spot for art lovers. In close proximity is Club 8 – a bare bones club, if there ever was one, in the area lying west of the Jordaan. And then there’s De Nieuqe Anita, an art lounge that looks more like a living room and Zaal 100 – which has a Tuesday jam session.

De Gooyer Windmill, the only survivor of five windmills that were once part of the city, was moved to its present location in 1814. Shortly after that, the Oranje-Nassau barracks were built and blocked the wind. In 1925, there was a full scale renovation of the mill, which is now a private home. The public baths alongside were converted into the Brouwerij tlJ in 1985. There’s a free tour by this maker of organic beer at 4 pm every Friday
