In understanding stress, it's important to discern good stress, or ''eustress'', e.g. taking up a challenge, from bad stress, or ''distress'', e.g. losing your temper.

 

Stress is basically a matter of perception and communication. So the suggestions given here are useful.

 

In addition to a physical exercise, learn to practise a relaxation routine, like meditation.
