Around The House | More XPRO-1 Testing | Nathan Smith | Fuji X-Pro1 | Scoop.it

Pretty straight forward post today. I have been playing around with the Fuji Xpro-1 more and more and these shots are just some boring shots from around the house and yard. The first image is actually from a different house, but I felt it fit in the post anyway.

Fujifilm X-Pro1 Review | Mikee.nu | Photographer

Fujifilm X-Pro1 Review | Mikee.nu | Photographer | Fuji X-Pro1 | Scoop.it

Oh I lied, I do have a camera complaint. The moving aperture blades that causes chatter in changing light. Yes, I know it’s normal, but it’s striking how loud it can be. Out and about, it’s a non-issue. Indoors with family (or when I take this to wedding gigs), it’s loud and can get annoying. One can argue the shutter of a dslr is loader, but that’s expected when a photographer is around. Aperture chatter, kinda weird and not normal to most people.

All said and done it’s results that I’m more worried and interested about. This fucking camera can perform. The files are simply gorgeous and not only are they amazingly good sooc, they look even better post processed.

Gordy Camera Strap on the X-Pro1 | Mikee

Gordy Camera Strap on the X-Pro1 | Mikee | Fuji X-Pro1 | Scoop.it

Made of California Latigo belt leather, which comes from range toughened steer hides, hand made camera straps are tough, flexible, and pliable, with a natural luster that only improves with age.

Each strap is handmade by a little old man from real natural cowhide that is not always uniform like plastic. Via http://www.gordyscamerastraps.com
