Emergence du "Feel Good Manager" : Une inspiration issue des start-ups pour les grandes organisations ?

Via les innovations et visions RH de entreprises innovantes californiennes (de toute taille), la notion de bien être au travail est de plus en plus présente. Facebook remet carrément en question la notion d’horaires de travail, Zappos met la culture d’entreprise au centre de ses priorités et Google bien sûr, avec sa volonté de rendre la vie de ses salariés facile avec un minimum de contraintes.

Les valeurs managériales sont donc de plus en plus tournées vers la motivation par l’autonomie, l’implication par l’adhésion au projet. Il y a fort à parier que les startups vont profiter encore quelques années de l’attrait d’un grand nombre de talents qui ne se retrouvent pas dans les valeurs ancestrales des grands groupes.

Often people were to afraid to say anything or didn't believe they would be listened to, in some circumstances, sadly they did say something and were ignored"

As managers we can sometimes feel that we know what's best. It takes courage to acknowledge we don't.

So lets all commit to developing the skill of really listening to people and gaining the confidence to facilitate the kind of good disagreements that make real progress possible."
